(( ROFL WAFFLES!!. ok so i've been trying to catch up with this rpg. i dont think it's going to work out. i've never really much of a mecha slash space person unless it comes to tengen toppa gurren lagaan. but whoa. i am sooo confused. does my character, Mai, have a crush on this Rick?! Oh yea. i changed her age to 17. if that makes things any better. xP but if you all would like to continue Mai's voyage in space with everyone you're welcome. not like you haven't already. oh hey robby. i thought you we're allowed to curse on these things. i read something of your's that already had 'damn' in it. lol its cool. not like some 5 year old gonna read all of this out of boredom. ))

((I will say that this rp is coming along pretty well, but guys, try to make the storyline flow. If I say that everyone went to thier rooms, and all of a sudden someone is still on earth, it doesnt quite seem right. Also try not to god mode much, a little is okay, just not enough to anger someone, and dont kill any characters without permission unless they are your own. The only person who is allowed to god mode in an RP is the thread creater so he can adjust the storyline. I hope these rules will not be too hard to follow. Happy roleplaying!))

*2 weeks after the attack*

Chet stares at a flaming fugure in front of him. As Chet turns to walk away, it rushes him.

Jason: YAAAAAAH!

Chet easily doged the attack that Jason had thrown.... a punch, a lousy punch... Chet had expectd more... "Its been two weeks Jason, two weeks and all you have been able to master, is setting yourself on fire. Can't you do anything else? If not, you might as well join the circus"

The temperature of the room began to rise as Jason became angry. The flames surronding him became white... Jason was pissed. With another yell, he threw a ball of solid white flame at Chet... Chet had no time to think, only to act. He summoned his electrical powers and focused them on his hand, it was soo much power, that his hand began to emite a white glow. As soon as he had finished the process, he deflected the flaming ball with his hand, knocking it off too another corner of the room. Chet looked over and saw that his favorite shirt (removed for training) had started to burn. "Computer, extingiush all hot substances." The whole room was sucked of all air. Jason was left cluthing his throat, trying to breathe. But it only lasted a second, and all of the flames (including Jason) had vanished.

"Good," Chet said," your next lesson is tomorrow"

Chet looked over at the remains of his shirt laying on the ground. " And remind me to wear a bad shirt"

Chet walked out of the training room and directly to the bridge. Upon arriving he sat down in the captain's chair, and began to plan oon how he was going to stop Blake...

Blake smiled slightly as he looked before him. He was in one of the large training rooms in his tower, and he was practicing his power. Blake loved frequent demonstrations, if not only to inflate his already over-sized ego. Before him stood his two assassins, unencumbered in their true forms. Each held an ebony blade level, ready to attack Blake. When Blake himself trained, there was no safety. His minions would stop at nothing to obey his commands, even if they meant kill him. Of course they were not even close to Blake's level of skill. Blake himself wielded a silver blade, elegantly carved and decorated. However the metal was heavily enchanted with necromancy, so it had more than one surprise up it's sheath.

Both wraiths moved in instanteously, striking from both right and left. Blake quickly hopped back, and caught the right one's blade in a downward trap. Blake held out his hand and a wave of dark energy pulsed out, pushing back the left one while Blake dealt with the first one. The wraith's blade shot up, mysteriously appearing to have gotten out of the trap, straight for Blake's heart. Blake blade came out of nowhere to deflect the attack, and he pushed the first one back with the force of his blade. Blake swung in an upward arc, but the wraith's blade caught his. However Blake quickly jumped back a small step and spun, letting his blade cut across the middle. The wraith was forced on the defensive. Blake's hand shot out in another wave of energy, and the wraith stumbled. As soon as it stumbled Blake's blade lunged for the wraith, and he pierced it. It vaporized instantly.

Now Blake ducked as the second wraith's blade swung overhead, nearly lopping off his head. Blake swung his own blade low, hoping to trip the wraith. However a downward thrust on the wraith's part caught Blake's blade. Blake rolled back and hopped to his feet. The wraith came at him with unnatural speed, and he swung his blade at the middle. Blake dropped to the ground as it passed inches over his face. This time Blake swung his foot in a low sweeping kick, and knocked the wraith flat on it's back. A quick thrust to the ground disposed of it like the first. When Blake had sheathed his blade, it vanished. Blake quickly made his way back to his desk.

Blake had been thinkingf how to dispose of Chet. A quite simply it would require his powers. A necromancer had strong telepathic and mind manipulating powers, so that they could control the dead with thought left in them. He had honed his so that he could affect the living as well. It was now Blake had been using his mind to probe Chet's presence, a familiar one. He had also observed another presence near his, a child's. Blake had no doubt the child would be close to Chet, so now he would lure Chet into his trap. Blake closed his eyes, and felt the presence of the boy. He began transmitting his thoughts, so they would appear as a cold and inhuman voice in the child's mind.

~Young one. Come to me, I await you. Your destiny awaits you. Come to me, to power, to glory.~

Blake didn't bother waiting for a response. Responding would ruin it. Every so often he would transmit something of that to the boy, and it would appear as the same enthralling and enchanting voice seducing him to come to him. It wouldn't appear hostile, but somewhat friendly and beautiful. The next thing Blake did was cast a spell on the boy from a distance. It would give him dreams of his voice, and the longer they persisted it would convince him to come to him. It would not hint of his evil, only power and glory. Over time a bond would form with the Child, tying his mind to Blake's. Not the other way around however. Blake knew how to ensnare the weak-minded, and a child was as weak minded as they got.

Tri'nagore walked onto the bridge, looking somewhat distracted. "Hey Tri'n, i haven't seen you come out of your room for like a week! what's up?" Chet said.
Tri'nagore, still looking somewhat dazed replied "I'm not sure. Tell me, don't you think it's weird that Blake hasn't done anything to us recently?"
"Huh? I guess so... what are you suggesting?"
"I'm saying that such an assumption might be wrong. I can hear... whispers... in the dark. I think Blake is communicating telepathically with someone on the ship."
Chet gets up. "What? You mean there are more assassins on board?!"
Tri'nagore shakes his head. "Not quite... I can't really tell what he's doing. Not yet at least. Whatever it is... it's powerful and very subtle. Kinda reminds me of one of my old high priests actually.... Anyway, i should be able to unravel what he's doing in a few days. Until then, just be careful, ok?"
Chet "Hm. If you say so..."
Tri'nagore walks off, muttering to himself.

Auron had gotten almost no sleep in the last 2 weeks. He had upgraded the ship with weapons on the outside and in, upgraded the sensor system, and given everyone their own id key. Not to mention training with Chet to hone his elemental powers only to discover he had no ranged attacks at all. All of his moves had a range of less than five feet. Also he had been dueling against Rick and neither one of them had claimed a match yet. It always ended in a draw. He had decided to sleep until he couldn't sleep any more. But every time he fell asleep he had the same dream.

He was floating a couple of feet off the ground watching a group of people walking down a road. All of a sudden they were attacked by demons and the dark mage that had summoned them. The entire group attacks and fights the demons. All of the demons fall and you see the dark mage start casting. A single warrior in RED rushes the mage with a Daikatana. He stabs the mage through the chest but the mage had finished his spell.

Dark Mage "haha i win" and he falls to the ground. As the others walk up to congratulate the swordsman he turns around, and his eyes are blood red. He whips his sword around and kills all of the party members next to him. Then, he rushed the mages, who are to stunned to act, as they all fall to the ground. This leaves only 2 people alive, the high priestess and the swordsman. The swordsman appears behind her and stabs her through the chest...

Auron wakes up in a cold sweat, breathing heavily, with his pulse racing. He tries to get up but falls to the floor instead. Auron smashes his fists into the floor leaving a slight indent in the floor with Auron's hands starting to bleed. Auron "Why? why must i relive that day? why wont it end?"

first off Auron is the tied as the strongest melee only character with Rick ON THE GECKO ONLY although in a fair fight Auron would give Senator Blake a run for his money but hey what are the odds of a fair fight happening? next Auron is a melee weapon trainer/weaponsmith. also did the Gecko have any weapons systems? cause last time we were attacked Auron had to defend the ship. thats all folks!)

((OCC: Well the ship does have weapons, three large lasor cannons on each side, and three on a pivitol turret underneithe. when I get my computer at home fixed i'll upload a picture. Also, Chet is the strongest on the ship in elemental and ranged attacks, he is also tied with Auron in melee, Though Chet seldom likes fighting, on the same level as Blake))

Chet decides to leave the bridge and walk back to his room. As he is walking down the halls he tries to puzzle out what Blake is doing, and why, if he is, communing telepathically with someone on the ship. He soon reaches his room, and sees the sword Auron gave him laying on his floor. He decides to contact him...

*Over intercom* "Auron, up for a duel?"

(a single note in the beginning real fast. Rob your character is incredibly overpowered if he is the strongest ranged person and tied with the strongest melee person.)
Auron is finally starting to calm down when he hears Chet's challenge. "might as well, i need to let off some steam" said Auron. Auron walks to the training room and grabs his buster sword(complete version; see character bio on page 2) Auron activates the intercom to Chet's room "i'm waiting." Chet grabs his sword and walks to the training room to see Auron leaning on a wall. As Chet walks in, Auron grabs the buster sword and rushes Chet.

((To ease you, i shall become ever so slightly weaker than you in melee, but in what anime has the captain never been a BAMF? remember I also started this rp, so i am entitled rights!))

As soon as Auron confirmed the duel, Chet grabbed his sword and began making his way to the trianing room. When he reached the doors, he paused, and wondered if Auron was going to ambush him. Chet opened the doors. Auron was leaning against the wall, and sure enough grabbed his buster sword and immediatly began to attack.

Chet was hardly surprized. His sword was already infront of him, with his hand against the flat part of the blade, so he could move it faster. Auron drew closer, ... and Chet never moved. Closer still, and not a movement. Not until the last posible second did Chet move, blocking the attack, but releasing his sword and swinging it around to stab Auron in the back..

But Auron was prepared. He had already detached a sword from his buster sword and flung it behind him to deflect Chet's attack. Both seeing as it was a draw, they jumped back.

"Your move" stated Auron quite blandly.

Jason walked in the training room and began to watch in the corner.

Chet pulled out a gun, and shot Auron...

But Auron retaliated by touching the bullet with the tip of his finger as it got close enough, and watched it shatter.

"Your move" Chet answered

Auron had been mildly surprised to see chet predict him so well. Auron recombined his buster sword into one and rested it on his right shoulder. He went down on one knee and concentrated on his left hand. Immediately his hand turned blue and seemed to give off frost, like just getting touched would freeze you completely. He rushes chet and does a downward chop with his sword, while at the same thrusting forward with his left hand. Chet dodges the hand and extends his sword to block Auron's slash. but as Chet's sword extends, Auron's hand grabs the linking chain and freezes it. Auron's slash breaks the chain and the pieces of the sword fall to the ground. Auron, thinking he had won, spins into a horizontal slash and is surprised when Chet's sword blocks, the pieces being held together through Chet's electricity. Auron jumps back and decides to try something new. he releases his left hand and grabs his buster sword with both hands, then rushes Chet again. When Auron gets close enough he does a massive downward slash, uses the momentum to do a flip and pulls off an axe kick. The slash knocks Chet's sword away and the axe kick nails chet on the shoulder. however it doesn't actually do any damage at all. Auron says "Your Turn"

(NOTEs: for those of you who don't know cloud's buster sword is actually really light. that is why he is able to hold it in one hand)

((OCC: So uh, yea.. I have posted this reply about 7 times now on a school computer, and everytime something goes wrong. Now I'm at home, so nothing can! Muahaha!)))

Chet clicks his sword back into one piece and sheaths it, "That will be enough for me." Auron nods, and the aura around his hands fade. Chet grabs his coat, slinging it over his shoulder, and walks out of the room. As soon as he leaves, Jason stands.
"I wish to fight you," he challenged
"Who me?" Auron replied playfully
"You know"
"I know what? That you can't win?"
Jason snaps, and a spark flies, narrowly missing Auron's shirt.
"Hey now.. lets not get frisky"
Jason snaps again, only this time onto his opposite hand, engulfing it in flame. Then he claps his hands together as to ignite the other one. Looking at his fire-enveloped hands, Jason assumes a ready stance.
"Fight me"
